I believe your life changes when your relationship with yourself changes.
That belief sits at the heart of Relate Relax Release. I created my signature coaching method for the woman whose outer life may be moving, but something inside her is asking to be met differently. I believe the most powerful thing a woman can do is learn how to hear herself again.
I work with visionary women and high-capacity entrepreneurs, bringing together psychology, energy work, spiritual transformation, and intuitive guidance to help women reconnect with that knowing and turn it into how they actually live, love, create, and lead.
My work with women began long before coaching — through years of supporting mothers and families as a doula and Newborn Care Specialist, I learned the depth of care, transition, and trust that meaningful transformation requires. Today, we move beyond awareness and into self-leadership.
I believe healing is about creating an outcome you actually enjoy living in — one where you feel deeply connected to your purpose, your body, your intuition, your truth, and the life you're here to create.
My own journey has taught me that transformation doesn't happen by simply thinking our way into a new life. It happens when we learn to relate to ourselves differently, release what no longer belongs to us, and embody what we may have forgotten was true about us all along.
